• open collections from the sidebar
• scan rows quickly
• select documents
• copy or duplicate documents
• refresh the current collection view

Useful browsing habits

• start with a limit so large collections stay responsive
• use document selection for copy, export, and delete actions
• move to Schema if you need field-level structure instead of raw rows

When to switch tabs

• use Schema for field distribution and type insight
• use Indexes for index review
• use Query Builder when a filter becomes more structured
